What gearing????

Just got my exhaust and tune on,now time for stretch and gearing.
Facts: I'm 6'3 weight 280
1. looking to stretch 4 or so inches I guess. So what gearing do I need?
2. Do I need to change the spring, or revalve?
trying to get this all done by the spring thanks for your help

Also what's the best all around length to stretch? I don't want a drag only bike nor do I want it to turn like a freight train.

Revalved shocks-
BMC
Litz
Racetech

A lot of people sell sprockets, I would personally get them direct from Vortex.

As far as how long to stretch it, that's up to you. It depends on what you do with it, and where you want to sacrifice. 4-6" would be a good mix. Just a thought, it's easier to take out links than it is to add links. So if you started with it longer, you can take out links if it's too long for your preference.
