+1 Big tool. Cecils dyno is "supposedly" generous,(I have no experience with it) and this dude is using Standard numbers, not SAE. Combine the two factors and his 205/123 goes to 190HP /108TQ and that is a little more realistic, maybe 5+ more each with MR9.. Max. A 8-12HP increase would be realistic with ported thin head gasket w/ MR9.... I wish I had some of whatever this guy was smoking! Oh yeah, notice the Dyno sheet.... all info around the edges was cut off.... If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is... Not saying anyone is not pulling this guys chain either, they could be just milking him for his $$$. From the sounds of it this dude belongs on the short bus wearing a helmet and licking the window.

It's amazing what people will believe! LOL Just a simple port job for 20 HP? Hell it took boring, stroking and bigger valves to get 30 on my bike! Guess I have the wrong guy porting my head. LOL

I bet it don't make 180 on my dynojet. I don't know whats up with the dynos around here they are all stupid high, but I guess it makes people feel special when you give them numbers like that.

It doesn't have a thinner headgasket, it has a stock head gasket, no larger valves nor cams.
I guess I need to start kicking ROCKS

Maybe they do like our local aftermarket Harley Shop. they let air out of the rear tire to where it is half flat to get the first reading then after they tune it they over inflate the rear tire to where it is hard as a rock then get the customer the " after" tunning run. then return the tire pressure to normal and give the happy customer his bike.

I ran that guy in MiRock, he ran some 8.80s on a stock motor.

If he is going to be running faster than he did last year it will be a challenge to run Crazy 8's. I had a problem this year because I kept running too fast, it was hard for me to change shift points or whatever just to run the number.

Why? my bike runs 8.90's and I slow down to run the 9.50 class with no issues.

I did the full CNC SS .060/.040 mill job and only saw 10 real no BS hp so I don't see how .020 will net 13 to 15hp.

The 20 hp gain came from Busa2002, he spoke with one of the two..... I don't know, but 20 hp gain from porting, with no valves, cams or milling it crazy.... you can believe what you want 14 owners.... I have had two 14s, two 12Rs, a '98 zx9r, every gen zx10, a pair of zx7Rs and a couple of zx6s; been around racing for a while and I have never heard of gaining 20 hp with porting only..... Carpenter claims some good numbers but his combo is head/cams

Benlty as to your gain, it's different what you are doing, milling/porting 13 to 16 is not uncommon for the package you are getting (SS thru CNC, correct)?
