Congrats bro. Totally jealous of all you guys getting 14R's now. Have to wait until 2012, myself. Looking forward to your inevitable build thread on the 14R.

Thanks guys. Well, I hope everything goes smoothly....I am trying not to get too worked up over things until if/when I get the bike in my hands. Easier said than done, I suppose.
As far as "missing" some aspects of the Busa...well, honestly it is a fantastic bike. Very nice to ride on the street, even in it's current stock form. I am just partial to Kawasaki's, and I really like 14's.

You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

You know if it does not work out on the 14R you can take that new Busa since it has 8 injectors and put a simple turbo kit on it with a 1:1 boost reference regulator for the secondary injectors, Have the stock ECU reflashed and you can run everything off of the stock computer. 300 RWHP. with no aftermarket electronics. But I hope you get your 14R.

I just got a 2012 Mustang two weeks ago, and have to replace the Explorer before I can think about getting my hands on a 14r. I will probably pick up a brand new 2015, lol

Thanks again, guys. After all of my worrying, it turned out to be a seamless transaction. John had everything ready for me when I got there, and we were in and out of the dealership quickly with zero hassle.
This is actually the 2nd bike I have purchased at Cycle World NJ. John told me that they hope to have more 14R's in within the next 10 days or so. Two thumbs up for John and the dealership!
I took the liberty of editing John's card with a new 14R-friendly image! But if anyone is looking for a good deal on a 'Busa, he can probably help you with that too.
