New 14R in SA
Was at our local dealer yesterday for the launch of the new 14R here in Johannesburg , it was the Green SE bike, wow this bike is awesome, I normally don't like flames on a bike but this green looks tit. I will be bying one soon it is a big improvement on my 07 model and yes it just looks fast as well.

£11,499 ($17850) in the UK
Not expecting too much wriggle room on that price for early buyers.
One dealer I spoke to has sold two bikes and they're not expected to arrive till "mid January" !

Here in Finland about 22.000 EUR (~ $ 30.000), not officially confirmed yet. (2011 ABS was 21.190EUR).

The dealer said they dont have a price yet but It should be around R 160 000.00 ( $ 20 000.00)

I am serios this is what we are going to pay for a ZX14r here in South Africa our currency against the US $ is $1 = R 8.00 at today's rate. A new Zx10R costs R 149 000.00 vat Incl, BMW 1000RR is 185 000.00 so I don't blame you for laughing yes its a joke this fucking Government of ours.

I wasnt joking about your goverment, but you wrote ($20,000.00).... dollars.....and I dont think anyone is willing to pay that much for a stock 14R

Mark up for cars & bikes is very high in S Africa compared to the rest of the world,but I will still buy the new 14R.

The price has been now confirmed here in Finland for 2012 model:
21.985€ (= $29.422)

Holy shit, I had already forgotten that law over there.
Hopefully this foolishness will not spread over europe - I'm even ready to pay that price difference if just can use my missile with full power to which it has been originally planned for
