Nos gearing

What would be a good gear combo for a 68" 270hp zx14? Rider is 240 suited engine driven lockup

i run 16-46 on motor, and 16-44 on a 50 shot. the 45 on the rear on the gas was too tight for me at the line.

I was running 16-43 and I ran out of gear at the stripe in sixth gear at 166mph, so I changed the rear out with a 42 and touched the speed limiter at 170 at the stripe. So now Im going to grind 2 nubbs off on the speed sensor trigger.

are you sure you weren't in 5th gear? 16/43 should not run out of gear. Weren't you like 160lbs? I ran 16/41 and went through in 5th at 170 on before.

this pass was with 16-43 gear and I didnt get on the nitrous till i was well in to second gear. when I finally was able to come out the hole on the spray it ran all the way out through sixth gear.
