ZX14 Immobiliser Error
I got a ZX14 2008 model that gives Immobiliser Error (Error code 35) every few times i ride it. It will start fine and ride fine and now and then it gives off the Immobiliser Error. then i have to wait for 5 to ten minutes and then it will start again. I have checked fuses and earth points. This error happens randomly. Is there anybody that had the same problem.

Check things like the tilt switch and kickstand switch as well.

if they are using a transponder chip in the key,try your spare key.it could also be a faulty ignition key assembly or a anti theft module if the bike use`s one.

It does it with the red key too, but like i said, it will work fine for couple of days and then it will kick out the error. Iam going to check the switches (titled, side stand) and clean out the connectors. But whats so strange about it is that a person can't replicate the error when you are working on the bike.

I've had the Immobiliser Error come up a couple of times, it only occurred when I've turned the ignition off and back on again quickly.

mine happens when i put the key in for the first time, but i sprayed switch cleaner on in all the connectors to the sensors and and connections to the immobilizer antenna and the amplifier.
And i went riding last night and did get any hassles but the real test will be this weekend at the toy run
