Smooth, looks like a blast. Unusual camera angle +1, but entertaining

I like the MotoGP style camera work.... atldude:
Looks like you where having a..blast. Cool camera angles that reminded me of MotoGP on-bike camera shots. Proof the big "beast" knows its way around corners better that a lot of people give it credit for. Well done.

Here's a funny story from yesterday ... I laughed my @$$ off when I saw him the second time and i don't even know what he was tryin to say after that
Control Rider: "Man! Don't they have drag strips for your bike to go to?! What are you doing here with this bike?"
Me: "Haha ... Why don't you come behind me the next session just to see what I am doing wrong?"
Control Rider: "OK.."
... Couple of hours later at the paddock:
Control Rider: "Wow! You throw that 14 down really good! I got this one friend ..." blah blah blah
quote:Control Rider: "Wow! You throw that 14 down really good! I got this one friend ..." blah blah blah
that kind of handling is what sold me on the ZX-14 to begin with. I saw a rider throw it around like most guys do on a 600. I asked him what he was riding and sworn that was my next bike.

Very nice. Have watched a trackday at Barber's, looking forward to getting out there myself next year.

Now that's more my scene! Thank you - that was fun.
Sadly, the tracks near me tend to be a bit funny about people packing cameras, so I don't think I'll be posting my laps. Nice to watch though.

Thanks guys! There are a few other vids on my pathetic youtube channel :-) some from that same day some from Road Atlanta which was my first track day the month before. Just a lot longer than this one so don't get super bored :-)
I actually had a little oh sh!t moment on one of them too... rolled on a little too hard coming out of the corner and I was too leaned down for that to work properly :-) I also don't use tire warmers and it was the beginning of the second lap .. you know ..just the right recipe for an adventure to happen...
It was such a blast! I am not very fast yet but I feel pretty confident in the corners and I think the rest is just a matter of getting comfortable with hard breaking. Anyway not in a rush cause I'd like to come back with me and my bike in one piece lol
Let me know if any of you wanna head out there next season... I am sure they have never seen a group of 14's @ the same time in a road racing course lol I'd love to see the confused expression on their face!

What setup do you have? Suction mount (I assume), with what cam?
I´ve made similar video (last summer)
...hoping to get my knee down someday too.
Dragging too much footpegs now.

Thanks bro!
I first did it in a parking lot. It is @ one of the Target stores by my house biiiiig and clean parking lot cause half the shopping complex is still empty. Here's a link from the very first time I did it: (http://youtu.be/TnfCc2nAEFI) Rounghly about 15-20 mph that's all you need...
You are leaning really good just got to get off your butt! .. feels awkward at first but almost more than half your @$$ should be off the seat. Also get your body and face almost at the level of the mirrors. I kept trying for like 2 months in the twisties and then it took roughly 3 hours @ the parking lot doing circles and figure 8 and I had it down from there :-) This is the vid I watched and it tells you everything you need to know .. really that's all to it! http://youtu.be/QCg3BMGe52M
It's the SD GoPro Hero wide lens camera and yea it's just a suction cup moutned on the side.
