Is it really any better than a Turbo? It makes you have more moving parts and an external belt. Granted the price is reasonable for the zx10 model, only $3495 + Shipping

Both have there pros and cons. I like the instant power from a supercharger along with the reliability over a turbo.

Maybe a roots type supercharger for reliability but this kit is more like a procharger. Threrefore you still have problems like running turbo; oil lines, bypass valve, shaft play, intake connector leaking, etc. Then you have added problems like running a belt, you better keep a couple of belts and idlers handy b/c once you won't be able to find one everywhere.
I agree running it with a belt makes it would make it have a more controllable powerband, but it also takes power to make power.
I see more cons with running this kit than running turbo, just my 2 cents...
