14R Pricing...
Have any of you guys spoke with your dealership about pricing or even placed an order? I spoke with my dealer the day of the release, and at that time they knew nothing. I spoke with them again Friday and I get the first Green or Black one. They are telling me to expect to see it first to middle of December. I was also given the price of 1000 off of MSRP, no freight or prep. I have bought many, many bikes from them so I feel this is more than a fair price considering the hype/demand for this bike.
What are you guys seeing from your dealers as far a pricing/availability.?.?.?.?.?
As everyone else I hope it arrives soon, but if I get it before Christmas I will be stoked

I talked to a dealer on Saturday and he said he just talked to his Kawasaki rep the day before and was told at the earliest they would "ship" early December. He doesn't expect delivery till January.
As for price he quoted me $14,625 OTD based on 6.5% sales tax for a Black one.

I got a similar deal, no freight or Prep. Paid MSRP (14,699) for a black one but gave me $7,500 for my 07 which turns into $8,146 with tax savings towards new bike (NY tax 8.625%). They also gave me a 4 year extended warranty. Took GPR Damper, Muzzy Sliders, Scorpio Alarm, Speedo Healer, Flo Filter and Cox screen off bike.... I am friendly with owner of shop who said I can take whatever I wanted off it.

I would think your dealer friend is like a brother or something.... If he gave you 7500.00 for your 2007 zx14. The retail on your bike is 7700.00 (NADA) and trade in is 4600.00 (KBB).
I need a deal like that
