muzzy fan.
hello zx14 fam, i just recently purchased a 2011 zx14, i put stacks, flies out, pcv, autotune, got dyno ride. my question is when i put on that muzzy fan, my fan motor burned out. is this some sort of issue or is there something that can be done. i had the factory fan reinstalled and took it to the dealer, its still under warranty. thanks

well, it was plugged in and worked fine for the first couple of days, it blew a fuse, i replaced the fuse and still nothing. my mech took it off and tested it on the battery and still nothing.

naw, the fan could go on only one way, i am sure of that.

I'm no muzzy fan fan - I bought a couple OEM spares from another member in the classifieds so I can add a 2nd fan ( still havent done it yet ) and have one standing by in case of a failure - if I were you, thats what I'd do......sometimes aftermarkets just aren't of equal quality
