Shifting Problem

I went to the track tonight and am having problems shifting from 2nd to 3rd the shift lever is free.It will shift fine if I shift slow but when its under full power its like its inbetween gears but still in 2nd.
Did I bend a shift fork or is the shift star jacked?
I foot shift and just blip the throttle and pull up on the lever to shift.

Did anyone take it apart and see what was wrong?

No it's sitting on the bench still getting parts robbed off as we need them. I'll look into it to see if the forks are bent or not.
