Need help with my turbo bike

My bike is giving me problems and I can't figure it out for the life of me.... I need your minds.

I have a pcv and autotune and each time I try and go out for a ride, the bike does great idling and going about 5% throttle and under. As soon as I try to give it any more throttle, it literally just shuts off. It doesn't even buck or stutter. I don't get it..... It had a stuttering problem on the dyno from 5-100% throttle, but it would only stutter for a second and then pull itself through. It made 252whp at 6 psi, but now it won't hardly even run. I can't accelerate or ride it on the street. Where should I start diagnosing?

Check your grounds on the PC and the autotune. Run them direct to battery, or at minimum run them to the main ground stud under the seat.

Check your static fuel pressure. I had to run static at 35 psi but I had larger injectors and ran a rising rate FP. through an external pump. I would check with a fuel problem first

unplug your boost reference to the regulator.
IF that helps you may need to lower static or restrict the reference line.

I am not using a rising rate fpr. My fuel system is stock except for a walbro pump and 700cc injectors.

Please explain. I did have a one way valve on there, but indont know if it was working correctly. I recently pulled it off to try and get it to run properly under vacuum.

I didn't touch my map sensor and haven't had not one problem. I've put probably close to 2000 miles since I put the turbo on.

if the map sensor sees boost, it does strange things with fueling.
Auto zone has a one way check valve. "T" it in between the line going to the sensor. and vent boost to the air

You want it to see vacuum but not boost.

miketmmns i don't know how you get away with that, i got a FI light running 4lbs of boost.

T- on the IAT sensor. Vent boost off of it and let it read full Vac. make sure you don't have a kinked hose. Once I had a cheezy filter on the turbo and it caused the bike to bog.

I would start by removing the PCv put in the std injectors and just try riding it without getting into the boost area, that will tell you if you have a fuel system or tune issue

If you have been trying to autotune with a missfire it may have adjusted the tune beyond usable in that area, as a rich misfire will read lean (unburnt oxygen)

It's hard to assist you until you tell what type of components you have on your turbo kit.
Answer the following:
-what type of regulator are you using, (model, etc)
-do you have a check valve on your MAP sensor
-return line from your fuel rail or regulator
-fuel pump size
-injectors

Start here:
I would check with your PC5, I have the same setup and my bike has issues down low. I changed the number in the target table and made them zeros... this will keep the wideband 2 or autotune from trying to regulate the fuel. The autotune will try to richen the fuel alot....

I'm using the stock fuel line and regulator. My only fuel system mods are....

700cc injectors
walbro fuel pump
fuel pressure gauge

I had a check valve on the map sensor but I took it off to try and get it to run just under vacuum. I simply eliminated that to try and figure out whats causing the issues, and I thought maybe the check valve is plugged and not letting the map sensor see any vacuum OR boost.

Check valve on factory map sensor should be tee'd to the sensor line to vent boost to atmosphere not inline or it will lock the sensor to max vac seen .

do you have a copy of your original map that has not been autotuned ?
if so save your current and load the original ,

You need to get back to some sort of base configuration that worked previously in order to identify the probs IE: base tune on big injectors or no pcv on std injectors.
