Mojave Mile October 2011...need gas!
Hey guys, in the process of prepping an 08 ZX14 for the Mojave Mile in October with a friend...loved his 14 so much after one ride that I decided to grab one. Rather than trailering the bikes down from Vancouver, we've decided to ride the bikes down for some end-of-season fun. We've got saddlebags with enough room for all our gear, but we have a bit of an issue - fuel. The bike we're running in the event has a map from Brocks designed to run on VP MR12, and we have no way of carrying fuel down to the event. Its not certain whether a VP rep is going to be trackside in October, and we don't even know if he'll have MR12. Is anyone here going out to the event that plans on trailering or bringing race gas? If so...any chance I can get someone to bring an extra pail of MR12? Our trip is kinda contingent on it at this point, so obviously we'd throw some extra cash out for the gas....

Might want to post that in the drag bike zone .. The land speed guys hang out over there ..I'm sure we have a few members that will be going in Oct
