Hook a USB cable from laptop to pc3.. open the dynojet program. Load the map (you should be able to get it from brock's). Click on "send map"
The bike will either need to be running, or you'll need a 9v battery hooked up to the pc3

quote: When installed 47mm throttle bodies we picked up 2HP after 10k rpm and lost torque through whole rev range.I did use a different rear tire from previous runs on that dyno and that was the only thing that was changed on my bike..It is tuned at 12.8:1A/F and thats what matters most to me anyways.I took it to the track and picked up 4mph in the 1/8th 127 mph before and 131mph after.
4 MPH is 20 HP @200 HP=220 HP.

Installed the pc5 software on my laptop, now just waiting for brocks to send me the map.. Seems pretty easy to do.. Cant wait to get it in.. I have a feeling that leovince map is not allowing me to get the full gains of this exhaust, like the brocks will.. I've heard great things about there maps.

Finally got the maps in from brocks loaded it onto bike, very easy to do... What a difference it made by running the brocks map instead of that stupid leovince map... The bike feels like an absolute monster now... I gotta give it up to brocks, they make a very solid product that delivers

Getting a custom tune is not a bad thing IMHO, and it increases responsiveness. You are getting a map made for your bike and yes it does cost a few $$$ but I gained 10HP & 2tq for a few $$$. Bang for the buck you cant beat it.

When you do find a tuner make sure they tune the entire rpm range and throttle position.I went to a tuner and all he did was tune the 100%TP and that was it I will never go back and have told everyone thats asks not to goto him.

My bike had 186.9 one dyno pull then 153.7 same dyno (same operators) next year, warm sunny day both times. ignore the dyno results when comparing to "how it feels"... enjoy your bike after you get the brocks map. he already did all the work. Just focus on not getting arrested or crashing.

So you tuned it for 12.8 actual af on the dyno? I was advized to tune for the absolute most power on the dyno then add 5% with the power commander. Has anyone ever done that?
Also, you said 127 before and 131 after. After what?
