Voltage reg probs with the ECU

Getting bad readings from the ECU control unit. It's a potted system and would take a little reverse engineering to fix. Simple answeres anyone? Also high mileage for a 14 with turbo. Only 247.8 rwhp............ I know, this is very low HP for this Forum. Almost 41K miles now and dead reliable. (Steer away from Harley Dyno Tuners, that drop well nuts into the engine.)

Usually these regulators are these little three legged square boxed things. Any market for the replacement of these? It's a simple repair once the goo is gone. At least the voltage is standard for computers and such systems.

The turbo is in good shape plus the scavange pump.
