Sometimes the tire can be put on without care and be badly bead. One thing to try is take the tire of and reinstall it. I've also one time had one tire that was in the end propably foulty and I got a new tire from the manufacturer and after that everything worked. And by the way if You want a tire that is good also in wet - get Michelins. And I normally change both ends at the same time even if the front one will wear less. This is because the tires has so big change on the turning of the bike that it's worth it to use the extra 50-70$ on new front tire even if it has some thread left.
