What ear buds for your music in your helmet?
I got some Dr Dre Monsters, but they are too big , and hook the helmet padding when putting my helmet on.
I know it might be squidly, but on open highway I might as well use noise cancelling music device as ear plugs.... so i ask...
what ear buds are best , and also low profile for helmet use?

I've used these and they work great. They are super thin and you can not even tell that they are in your helmet. The microphone is built into where the speaker is.

Way too many things out to kill me on the road to want to distract myself. Besides I love the sound of the wind & scream of the engine too much to want to muffle it. Just my 2ct.

If Ipod inner buds are what you are wanting Lyle, Klipsch makes a set of Image S4 Ipod/Ipad etc that have Killer Bass and treble....shocked how good they sound for 80bucks...B@O are 3 times this and same Great sound. Best I ever owned. I have expensive music over the ear head phones AT H-700 and and Gardo etc and these little inner buds ROCK. I had stereo speakers (in Shoei) from Moto Comm(fit goodbut no bass) with mic that had a hub and let me go Bluetooth, GMRS, Radar and music for long open roads. Watch out on Flebay fakes are out there. Wife has Bose Noise cancel over ear head phone for her lap top and now I have to pry my Image S4 from her.

I need to get out more............ wow... never heard of this brand. My kids might , this is my first Ipod and never had ear phones that went "IN" my ear. lol :-) the Apple pods.....sux
Zero bass..... B&O and the Klipsch(these are the only 3 I have heard) Image S4 really have the accurate Bass and highs my home rig misses....my old ears(really high tones). :-) not the equipment. My meter sees/hears them(home speakers)......... sigh I will Google them..Thanks, trying to keep up.

Lab- you can get skull candy at Target for about $16-$20. They have a variety of colors if you something more than just black. Great sound, bass and different sizes plug covers for different ear sizes
