Turbo fuel system
Hello to any one with experience with running 625cc injectors or 725cc injectors.
The question that i have is, will i be able to run a low enough pulse width to have the bike
idle fine. also if mr compton would sell me a fuel rail (ebay offers no international shipping to Canada) I have a walbro gss342 in tank pump and a aeromotive 1 to 1 regulator that will be installed the same time the injectors are installed.
key notes bike will be running pump fuel, powercommander 5 , with autotune approx 8lbs boost, 2006 zx14 with stock 440cc injectors
any advise on the injectors are welcome or recomendations
Thanks in advance Mark

725cc will run just fine on pump gas I've ran them on pump and e85 up to 330hp with more left to go.

8lbs of boost id leave in the stock injectors im still running stock ones and im runing 16 to 18lbs making well over 370hp im gettig ready to up grade to a bbigger injecter soon was going to go with the 725s but brian at winn racing and ryan at schnitz talked me out of it and said go with the 630s and that will bmore than enough to go over 25lbs at around 450hp so unless you plan on runing more boost than that stay stock why go bigger than needed save the headace

This is great, are you running with a stock setup, or a fmu with a high ratio like 1.3 to one
or stock setup with a 1.1
ex stock 440cc with 43psi
ex2 stock 440cc with crushed stock regulator = ?
ex3 stock 440cc with 1.1 = 43psi + 8lbs boost = 51psi
ex4 stock 440cc with 1.3 = 43psi + 8lbs boost = 67psi
ex5 stock 440cc with adjustable fmu =43psi =8lbs boost = 60 to 90psi
any reply is a good reply
I was thinking of going to 625cc injectors to be safe but if the 440 will support 8lbs safely
with a good pump and 1.1 regulator why not, i am really concerned about idle quality with the larger injectors, but like 01smokes said idle is good, so im on the fence

lm runing power comander muti hub and ignition mod walbro external pump 6an lines comtons fuelrail and its been running great for 3 years now i keep taking things a bit further but slowley when i have the time next is injectors for me but thats only to go over 20+ psi of boost at 8 psi or even 16 id stay stock for sure as long as your not maxing uot the duty cycle on the injector whats the sence imo
