Dynotune Nitrous window switch...Tach signal?
Anyone using a Dynotune Rpm window switch tell me what wire they are using for the tach signal. I have a MSD shift light with a pick-up hooked into coil #1 (white/red) wire shift light works great. tried hookind the window switch into the same wire without a pickup and no luck. dont know if its too much interference or what. I have a spare pick-up from MSD possible to use that to help pick up a clearer signal or not? Any help on this would be great thanks!

I am using a Dynotune Progressive with a window switch and I picked up the signal from the #1 coil wire (white/red), not sure why that wouldn't work. I don't have an MSD shift light, I run a Raptor Dual Mode Shift Light but it uses the same wire.

I have the Dynotune RPM window switch. Doesn't have progressive controller.
If yours is just the RPM window switch, what setting was the tach signal set to in the RPM window switch? It would be step 1 on the programming. Using just the one negative signal from the coil, it should be set at 1.
If you have the RPM switch w/progressive controller, in step 5 it is set to 1.
I'm picking my signal up off #4 negative. I also pull my Raptor shift/launch light off the same wire.
