07 clutch replacement
My bike currently has 11,000 miles and I've never replaced the clutch. This is my first bike with a hydraulic clutch so I'm not sure how exactly to tell when the clutch should be replaced. I'm a pretty mechanical guy but tearing into the 14 kinda scares me a little and I don't want to mess anything up. I'm about due for an oil change so should I just crack open the clutch case and pull out some of the discs and take a peek? If I do this is there a gasket on the cover?
I haven't had any issues with shifting. I usually never use the clutch to up shift when I ride and I don't drag race. I think a simple OEM replacement would be best.
Any help is appreciated.

I've got over 34k on stocker with no trouble. Look in the oil hole & you can do a visual on it. No need to open up if you're not having probs. Check the oil for debris. The clutches are not a problem & wear a long time even with abuse.
