+6 over chain gaurd question
So, this arm is on its way to my home. I got near $100 off though because they're a local forum sponsor.

Will this or any +6 chain gaurd attach to my arm? Anyone have experience with that or do ALL aftermarket arms have it set up for any chain gaurd?

I bought this chain guard last winter from this ebay lister. Good guy to deal with, chain guard is real nice looking. I put it on my stock swingarm with 9" swingarm extensions fits perfect. As far as an aftermarket swingarm im not sure but in your picture I can see the 2 bolt holes in the top of the swingarm on the left side, and that little block. Those are the 3 places it connects to.

If you just got extensions, get the ebay chain guard. I just sold mine, but they are around $40.

Pingle makes a nice UNV. chain guard. I had put it on a couple of bikes. very easy to mount to a swingarm.

It's an arm, not extensions. I posted the link. What's wrong with that ebay gaurd to where you would only say extenstions? Just curious.

I thought that too. I'm hoping others will agree as well. Thanks.

Just looked at mine, from the very front point to the end of the chain guard is 30" in length, dont know if that matters. The only thing I see wrong is that you may have to use L brackets to mount the chain guard to the top of the swingarm. Stock swingarms have tabs which you would just screw the chain guard to the tabs. I will get some pictures up here to give you an idea

That chain guard is made to mount to the stock arm locations. The Mac arms arm different.

Interesting! I should've remembered to ask, but I made a lot of purchases other than just the arm so it was hard to remember everything. Anyway...looks like on their website a chain guard comes with the ProStreet arm. http://www.mcintoshswingarms.com/Swingarms.htm
It's not listed on the tobefast website, but hopefully it does come with it like Mcintosh's website says it does.
