Ti Rotor Bolts
Just fitting rotors to my new BST's
Any suggestions for torque for Ti rotor bolts?
I guess stock torque but I don't know what that is!

One thing to consider:
As far I know, you don't use loctite on the Ti bolts. You need to use a Ti-Prep compound which keeps the Ti from galling the Aluminum.
I never went with the Ti rotor bolts for that reason. Did you find a solution? Otherwise I would be checking the rotor bolts often.

The bolts I bought have a coated finish using "Electrophoretic Technology" !
Yeh I know. I'd never heard of it either!
Basicaly similar to anodizing, it's meant to prevent galling.(and allow coloured finishes for
cosmetic purposes.
I emailed the guy who does the coatings and he recomended medium loctite.

Interesting. Do you have a link to place that does them?

The link below takes you to their main site which contains links to the Ti bolts they sell.
http://www.electrotechuk.co.uk/index.html
The quality and finish appear excellent and great value, although the gold bolts I bought are
not as opaque as anodized bolts.
Simon is a bit difficult to contact by phone but answers emails promptly.
Probably better for you anyway as they are UK based.
Any ideas on torque values?
