How To Ship Motorcycle Tires?

I have a lot of tires that I want to sell. What is the best way to ship them?

I have had them show up bare on the doorstep with a label affixed, but sometimes in a box. What shipper and type of packaging do you guys use?

Thanks!

Shane

depends on the tire. real soft compounds like the MT shootout you have to box, same i'd guess with the hookup.

all other tires i have just wrapped up with a large roll of saran shipping wrap. i've wrapped up frames with saran wrap too with no issues.

My Hook UP just came with a label affixed and the cardboard inside, no box or wrapping.

I try not to think, it hurts.

but when i did get my MT shootout tire it was in a box, same box the tire was in when they got it, since it had another label going to schnitz.

This is the same way I do it.

Couple of time around with the plastic wrap and then off they go.
