Hesitation around 4K rpms

Nearing 38k miles, have a hesitation with full throttle from 4k to 6k rpms. Thinking maybe fuel pressure regulator. TPS looks good for voltage, ECU giving some inconsistant voltage .No problem if roll the throttle slow through the rpm range. Anything above 6k rpms works well. Thoughts?

No, it's just like you turned off the ignition or cut the fuel. It's not lag.

Check your scavenge pump. Your Turbo might be full of oil it happened to me once.
