?'s for someone who has installed evil swing arm

How does the bushings go in the front and do you re use the rubber stock seals. seems like to me no matter how I put the parts up there it shoves the arm to far to the chain side.

i can't remember did that a year ago . only thing i remember on that part was the bushings was to tight for the pivot shaft to slide in ..
