im either getting another zx14 or a zx10. still waiting on the zx10 to impress. i really liked my 05 zx10 for the street, but had a zx14 for the strip. still on the fence. but im leaning towards another 14. just for comparison, what did the bmw do with just a slip-on?

Ricky G went 9.17 But Richard G was faster on a 08 zx10 ..Jt ran high 8.70s on a SWB base BMW s1000rr .. I went 9.11 on pump gas on my zx14.. I'm sorry that new zx10 doesn't look all that good to me ..

I'm just saying it doesn't seem all that fast for a a pro jocky .. Put JT or Ricky on my bike and i'd bet money they would go faster than my 9.11 .. With all the hype about the new zx10 one would think it would run better than a 9.17 with a pro behind the wheel ..

I'm just saying it doesn't seem all that fast for a a pro jocky .. Put JT or Ricky on my bike and i'd bet money they would go faster than my 9.11 .. With all the hype about the new zx10 one would think it would run better than a 9.17 with a pro behind the wheel ..
i agree ..but maybe they don't have enough seat time on the new zx10 to match JT'S 2nd year riding the bmw . 3 tenths is huge on quickness. but what did the bmw and zx10 mph ..

keith shine did 165mph like in 07 on a gixxer 1k .. so i'm not impressed ..and after 1/4 way thru that spam video i got sick and puke on my monitor ..

too bad teasley is the only person that can go fast on it... check out rickey's facebook page and see all of the other tests. The bmw is a turd in everyone else's hands.

I'm not picking sides .. I dislike all liter bikes .. I just feel in stock form the ZX10 has missed the mark .. No way should they have ever built that bike with all the restriction .. It may be as fast unresticted and modded to hell but in my mind it's a little late ..
