ZX-14 Wiring Help
I am installing a data logger on a zx 14 and need to know where to pick up the tach signal from. I called the logger manufacture and they could not help except to tell me that I could not connect to a coil because it would burn up the logger and that the injector would not work because it pulses multiple times per injection. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Maybe someone will confirm this . . . . . it was awhile ago on my 06, but I believe
when I had the bike dyno'd - he picked up the tack off a brown/red at the ECU.

When they hook it up on the Dyno they are using the tach on the dyno which will work off the coil wire with no problems. I do appreciate your reply but I really need someone that has a RacePak on a ZX14 to chime in. You would think that RacePak themselves would know but I understand that it's impossible for them to know every possible application.
