It was a pleasure to work with you Chad. Thanks for your patience. Chads bike for those of you that wanted details are as follows: Motor (je custom pistons, hd valve springs w/ serdi v.j., Bilett Cam Chain Tensioner, Race cut trans., Oil system case mods.), Turbo: Jones Performance System w/ Garrett gt-series ported turbo, Secondary injectors controlled by Micro-tech ecu, Bosch fuel pump, aeromotive regulator, AMS 1000 boost controller. The bike has all the goodies to go fast, but it is still pretty simple. I set the boost up to come in second gear when the ams1000 is activated. Normally it is set up on a timer off the clutch lever, however, I wanted it to be basic and smooth for his first passes. So therefore he is on spring pressure (around 6 psi) until second gear is shifted then a slow ramp is activated to begin the boost build-up. Once he has more seat time, the clutch set up, along with the boost can be adjusted with more aggression for some much quicker e.t's. I was actually pretty impressed with Chad's riding level. For someone to come out that has no prior experience with a turbo bike and go into the sevens within three passes is actually pretty impressive. It also shows how efficent and user friendly that turbo set-up is also. Once again, Thank you to Chad for giving me the opportunity to make your zx14 go fast. Sincerely, Chris Jones.

So when are we racing Chad.........???? Your turbo setup against my Nitrous set up . Chris has also worked on my bike before and does it all. Nitrous/Turbo/ Allmotor . If you want to go fast Chris JONES will definitely take care of you . Our times are pretty close and would love to see that race happen .

Yes, I did 1bad but for some reason going that same MPH on a turbo bike feels way faster.

I can say yes to that lol the tq that the turbo has and the pull is just something that some people can't understand.

Never ridden a turbo..............would would you say it feels kinda like a 2stroke powerband the way the power kicks when it spools up on boost?

 How now mister! You got the wrong turbo bike. I'm after a ZRX turbo up that way. I know I don't have enough bike to hang with Chad. Trouble maker.

Looks like I'm going to get to make a pass or two on that ZRX turbo bike. Will be the fastest pass that bike has ever run!

It works just have the bike stripped down right now. I will snap some pictures Saturday and post the completed bike.

I like to describe the difference with nitrous vs a turbo is with NOS, it feels like you're getting a nice push from behind when you hit it, and a turbo just flat out pulls you, and wooo-hooo hold on for the ride!
