I installed one on a 14 and the bracket is too far forward for the stock undertail and 2lb bottle. So we got an extended bottle clamp from Rock Mfg in Houston to make it work.

Well I'm installing a tiger tail so hope that helps with the bottle problem.

My arm is a 8 to 12 and has an additional crossbrace located towards the rear wheel which the bottle brack and air tank are a part of, it's farther back so it works out good in my case, the shorter arms only have 1 cross brace and I can see where that could cause a problem

Just changed mine to an 8-12" over arm. I figure it will be easier to sell being a more commen length should I ever decide to sell it, plus even though I don't think I'll ever put it to 12" over, it's nice to be able to adjust that far. I don't think I'll ever go shorter then 8" over.
