modified ram air system
I have changed my ways ... no more ugly air intake ... nore ugly naked bike
I am going back to the stock air horn and putting the plastics back on

Good job tying it all in. I want to see how much you pick up in the mile with plastics on, that should be interesting.

I am guessing 10 -15 mph with me on it since I really cant get behind the plastics.
I was really surprised when Ali only went 3 mph faster than I did at maxton, but I think he will have much better gains with the plastics since he can get behind them and make good use of the aero.... it will be an interesting test.

i bet a cheeseburger it breaks off .. i tried the decal glue which is the same stuff made by 3M ..

The pipes look like it should be that way from the factory instead of all the bends and abrupt changes.
Gotta make room for the headlights.

Nice job Roy, got any pics of where the tubes go into the frame?
Did you use the stk hardware or are they much bigger? Thx

tubes go into the stock location. just a little trimming was needed to make the frame openings round. I made flanges adn welded them to the tubes and bolt on in the stock location.
