I will try to do back-back tests with the46mm, 47mm and 48mm to see what works best with my setup.
since my hp is pretty flat from 9500 - 11000, I think I can use a little more air .

the same shop that is doing the boring on a CNC is making stainless blades. His prices are great and he can make anything ... but you need to strip down the throttle bodies and do the reassembly.

Mark is a great guy and can make anything.

Yeah , I don't think they can go much bigger.... I am not sure if Jim has done any dyno testing with 48mm and 50mm throttle bodies to see how much power the add.

The 47mm units are worth about 6 hp on a stock motor. That's the average number. Dan (oldkawboy) got 7 hp with them with stock pistons and cams.
Some guys with +2mm bore motors and our stage 2 head and cam package picked up 14 hp and guys with 2x4 2x5 3x5's with our stage 2 and three head and cam package pick up well over 20 hp some as much as 26 hp.
These numbers are all with just changing to the 47mm throttle bodies.
As far as comparing the factory bored 47mm units to our custom billet 50mm units on the same engine, we haven't done that yet. Soon I hope.
We thin the upper shafts and re-plate them. They are also synchronized with a manometer on the flow bench and both shaft sensors are reset to the proper voltages.

Sounds like a deal when you compare HP per dollar, that is if you already have what it takes to make em work in the first place.

I don't know yet... I will see how much of a change I need with the datalogger. I will run the nitorus map and adjust down. I really dont know how much of an increase I will get with the hand ported head.

I got to test the new throttle bodies at the track today.
I picked up 3mph and .15 seconds.
I will head over to the dyno shop and and see what the true increase in hp is.

I am not sure about the mile ,, with the naked bike 10 hp was adding about 3mph . I am guessing half that with the throttle bodies ,,, but the dyno will give me some more data.
