Muzzy Fan install ?'s
Hi,
Putting in Muzzy fan as we type. Fan does not clear that plastic flat shroud piece that just goes over the rad from left to right. Looks like it's a fairing stay:
Can I take that piece right out or is it needed for an important reason?
OR
Do I try to snip out the area that it's touching?
Please and thanks...I'm doing it right now...so sooner the better!
Thanks guys.
Rick

if it doesn't fit like it is supposed to i would not remove any other pieces to make it fit.
i would give the people who you bought it from a call and ask why it doesn't fit. and look into getting your money back.
Just my opinion...

There is no need to cut any thing. If you assembly the fairings properly the piece will be held up out of the way. Take your time snd look at everything really good and just put it back together.
