Gilberjj dont you find the finish of the mcexpress kit poor. every time ive seen their intercoolers they have always seemed rough. I dont know if the other kit they produce looks any better but im sure there must be better out there. ?

A buddy of mine has an intercooled busa and he found out last summer that the intercooler blocked to much of the radiator. Out of five turbo bikes ranging from stock to built motors his was the only one with overheating issues.

I believe it's QUITE difficult to make custom intercoolers. I've always thought the mc express stuff was really nice.

or restricts airflow from turbo to the airbox or plenium on bikes . killing boost .. cars don't have that issue since they got room for huge intercooler
