Update: I haven't touched my bike since I left the tuners. I'm going to try to start diagnosing tonight.

Symptoms:
Won't run well under 6k rpm (stutters and misses)
Vacuum bounces erratically

Things I'll check:
map sensor connections
pcv
vacuum ports
throttle bodies
compression test
valve lash
cam timing

You might want to have your o2 sensor down stream if possible for a longer life.

O2 sensor will be fairly innaccurate as it is at low rpm , its life will be shorter up close to the turbo but there is little choice
on my busa i tied a shop rag on the end of the dump to try and get better consistancy and accuracy for low rpm mapping, and i still ended up doing the idle and early transitional stuff by ear and feel
