pilot power slipping? HELP!

i've always had metzler m3 on my zx14 with no problems my chicken strips were litterally one eight of inch wide, then i found a really good deal on the pilot powers. i have 700 miles on them and when i lean over very far on the usual roads i ride, i can feel the rear slipping really bad , this is very discouraging, should i go up in pressure or down? i ve never had A problem like this, my front dosent seem to slip. i have 34 psi in front, and 38 rear. any help would be great, my chicken strips are a half inch!! ( i m not imaging it i can feel them slip) thanks

i take it you have pilot powers? and they don't slip at 42psi ? how about the front? psi? so should i just slowly lean over a little bit by little bit to scuff them? i sure never had to on metzlers, this will probally be my only set of pilot powers, thanks for you help.

Regular pilot powers don't offer a whole lot of stick unlesst they're really hot. Pilot power 2cts are a different animal and are what should be used instead .

Yes you have to watch out when you buy tires. If the price is too cheap then it's probably the standard pilot power. Gotta look at the label for that 2ct lettering!

Unless you are a big guy, lower your rear tire pressure 2-4 lbs.

I have the 2ct's and think they are awsome. That being said the guys at STG say unless your riding a track day you will never notice a difference. I'm running 36 front and 34 rear psi. We have the Dragon and Blue Ridge Parkway on them as well as the Baby Dragon in Dover Tn.also Land Between The Lakes across the street and have neve felt a slip with these tires. You need less air in the rear because it handles more load and generates more heat.cold to hot psi can be almost 6psi which puts you at around 44psi which I suspect is the reason your getting bad feedback from your tires. Hope it helps.
