I had 16/43 last summer. With slipons it came up real hard at 7 grand. At other gears it was cool.I got 16/41 now and going to Brocks pipe and maps.I went back to the original gear due to tire wear and 5mpg loss. But the accelleration was great.

So they weight the same.
That had crossed my mind. The oldy has about no lube. I always used wax quite sparingly and this one feels pretty dry. I suppose 1.5 of oz of grease would weigh~ 1.5 oz.
I'll go with that. I 'm not going to wash the ZZZ down with kero before it even gets used. lol

I screwed up..........the stock chain is only 116 pins. The ZZZ is 118 . Here's the math for adjustment.
Stock chain 116 pin, 90.3 oz 90.3 : 116 = .7784 oz/link
EK ZZZ chain 118 pin, 91.9 oz 91.9 : 118 = .7788 oz/link
Take the grease out of the EK and it would def be lighter. A dif of 4 ten thousanths of an ounce/link is nothin.
ZZZ no questions. Strong and light.
