I have to ask , what do you want from Brock ? He gave us the Gen2 , Smeg , Alien head , Short Smeg, Sidewinder , TI winder , CT and short CT pipes .. Add to that the best maps out there for the ZX14 ( IMO ) .. Window lowering links , front end strap kits Ect ... He showed us step by step on how to go fast with a ZX14 .. Now the zx14 hasn't changed since 2006 so what else would you have him do ? So what he moved on the the new BMW and i'm sure once he gets his hands on a new ZX10 he will do the same as he did for the BMW , Busa and ZX14 .. Hell he even made a killer pipe and mapping for the limited in sales Gen 2 Vmax .. That is what he does , build pipes and tunes bikes and offers free mapping to anyone that buys his pipes .. Would i like him to be here on bikeland more ? Sure i would .. Would i like him to offer more stuff like maybe a ported head and cam kit with mapping for the zx14 ? Sure i would .. NO NO NO lets all just piss him off , I'm sure that will work ..

Well said Lee.
I've been involved with motorcycles & racing for 40 years and I have never, repeat, never been more impressed with a business than Brocks.........period.
I know it's hard to please everyone 100% of the time but no one that I know of comes closer than Brock.
I've been around him at dragraces & LSR events and he's ALWAYS working his tail off. It would be a lot easier for him just to stay at home since he is a business man but he's out there like no one else I know talking with the racers, getting ideas and making products.
Folks used to grumble because he spent most of his effort on Suzukis then people whined because he spent time with Kawasakis now he's being dished for his BMW work..........C'mon guys he's a business man and racer, he can't cater to just one brand.
Okay I'm climbing down from the soapbox now,

I will be honest here.... Sometimes I got a bit tired of hearing some of the members hyping Brock's service as well as products...BUT, as time moves on, I feel that he has supported the hype and continued to carry himself as an honest and fair business man. I have none of his products at this time, but I would feel very comfortable buying anything from him knowing that it will be a good product and he will stand behind it. I have yet to read of a person that had any problems that were not fixed once Brock was aware of the problem. I believe there was a time that one of his workers was bad and screwed a few people over... but then it turned out that he wound up being a thief. AND Brock did make good with the member who was unhappy right on here in public. I am not a 'worshiper' of his...but he has shown over time that he is a respectible business man. That being said, I also feel that his post on here was understandable. He did not post this thread... and then he was called out. Instead of talking about himself, he was defending himself. He also wanted the attention on the rider, not on him. Once again, that was, to me, a stand up thing to do. There will always be disgreements on here as far as products etc.. but I have been impressed by all of the people that have good things to say about him. Pick anyone that is successful... there are always people that want to tear them down. I don't like the looks of some of his pipes... but they are made to offer the most for the bike.... and it seems that he has done a great job. Lastly, I agree that as soon as Kawasaki adds a new zx 14 or 15... Brock will be working on that right away. It is a very hard business world and he needs to offer his products to every bike out there. I feel that he has a large following not based upon narrow minded buyers.... but by continuing to do a good job. With all of the people on here that have done business with him... if he was not doing a great job and business, he would be ripped apart by this crowd. I am just looking at this with an honest, open mind.

OldKawBoy and 3boys speak all truths about Brock and his company.........down to earth, and easy to work with...........he's definitely got what it takes to make other companies seek more customer satisfaction practices, as well as prodding them to improve their R and D work towards more power.........Brocks systems dominate in the power catagory, and so does his business ethic..........period. Everyone else can open up their assholes right along with their own opinions if they're thinking otherwise -- and to those who don't appreciate Brocks' efforts and products, I hex thee with 30 years bad juju!!!
