LMAO!!!! You got all kinds of complaints on clutch issues right here in your own forum but I was just using it as an example I really didn't know if there was a problem or not. Mine went out at 10k

If your clutch when out in 10K, it shows owner neglect. If you blew a clutch, did not clean the sump full of the one or two clutches that took out the burn, have charcoal bits mixed with the oil pump gears and now did not the clutch take out the top end as the clutch was wearing away? You cannot create or destroy matter in a wind storm so did the oil pump gears show evidence of said blow up my bearing insert with clutch debris lube or oil for a lube?

If I were a Kawi rep, I'd first make you suck my dick and see if your throat bearings would gag I thrust a foot down on the shifter and she clunks? Was that your adam's apple I kept on banging, Geeeeeeeeeeeee HAaaaaaaaaaa!

Dude I'll bet you've probably blown more rods than stock Zx 14's have ..................is that a "FACT" because I said so......according to you I guess it MUST be!!

Perhaps I should create a moron sock puppet with less than 30 and zero credibility posts to say it so then I can CLAIM its a "FACT" like you right troll?

other things that bothers me about this thread besides the "owner" sounding like he can't ride worth shit and isn't too smart is that he bought it used with about 2000kms. so did he know or meet the actually seller or original owner? don't you think someone selling a barely used 2000kms bike would want to inform buyer that bike has extended warranty? also his bike was running with a generic map, never tested on bike on dyno. would any serious mechanic/rider fully trust an untested, low volume, map for long periods? as well as requiring clutch prematurely. there have been very very few 14 motors letting go. this poster has concluded it is a common problem which simply is not true. the story just doesn't sound straight up. sounds like this bike was lugged very badly (most likely, imo) or was abused early in it's life.

When my clutch went out I did a Clutch Change and I changed the oil. I first removed all the oil and removed the clutch. Then I replaced it with new clutch and put new Kawi Lube in it and ran it for 15 minutes.I then drained that oil and put in a new filter and Kawi Synthetics. I have dealer account so I paid half price per bottle. I replaced my clutch due to high powered slip not due to total slip. It felt like it was slipping when I was in the top end but never completely let go. I know what a clutch feels like when it has an issue. Upon inspection the 5th or 6th friction had more wear but wasn't gone. The rest were ok. I changed the whole kit anyway. I also used a very powerful Magnet on the oil filter when I ran it for 15 min and then cut it open to see how bad the engine or tranny was cutting. It was normal and no babbit material was in it.

I'm sure Kawi would have thought about everything you guys have stated about my riding and my ability to maintain it and they were satisfied. You guys defend it and that's good. You should defend what you ride. No matter how you look at it the evidence is there. Bent rod,Spun Bearing,Ruined Crank. Not oil starved and definitely not abused. They approved $8000.00 in repairs but yeah guys you're right I'm just some random troll who made this up and needed the attention. You guys aren't bikers you're racers. Bikers look out for each other. Racers could care less who you are, To them you're just another win or loss.

As far as the mention of "can't ride worth shxt" anytime you feel like coming to Atlanta just send me an email and I'll be glad to meet with ya and go for a smooth ride in the mountains. But please don't try to keep up, to many have wrecked. Just ride and watch and then go home. Thanks for all your opinions. Good Luck guys

There it is Kawi synthetics! That's what I believe killed the clubbers 14's over here cause that's what they were using too.
I stay away from it .

"you guys aren't bikers, your racers. Bikers look out for each other"

You GOT to be the dumbest fuckwad that has ever joined bikeland.
Have YOU ever been to a racetrack?? The group of guys that I race with are a very close group of guys that will do anything for each other. Were not squids treading water on the road together. I'm done with you. You should be ashamed to ride a kawi. Please let your next bike be a Suzuki, and ride in your squidly groups on the interstate at 230mph beside semis in the rain. THATS the cool thing to do! :

I wonder how you crash a bike at over 100 mph and the only thing it needed was a new motor??I think at that speed once it ran off onto the dirt there wouldnt be much left of this 14 just the need for a new mill?? Hmm

When I crashed at over 100mph on june 15 of '08 Everything but the frame ,motor, and wheels needed to be replaced. And this was a rather soft crash into a mountain and dirt.
Asphalt and an 18 wheeler would have been unimaginable!

Zx14fan , If you cared to read it all you would see there was no crash. I was wearing an ALPINE Stars Jerez Jacket with the Hump behind the neck and hit the trailer with my shoulder and neck area which were padded well. I never laid it down. I finally said the hell with the bike and left it at the dealer. It disgusted me. I'm selling the m4's,power commander pcIII, and fairings I kept on ebay. The finance company picked it up and I'm settling the dept for about 30% of owed value after auction. basically after all parts sell I'll be able to just pay them off and forget I ever bought the junk. Maybe your bikes are perfect but this one was definitely nothing more than a death trap. Goodluck to you all with your junk 14's. My guess is they found the same Problem with the new Zx10's and they recalled them before they got a Lawsuit. Just watch and see.
