I hate 2 brothers..... They don't race their products, and from what I've seen, the only people that use them are squids. I don't really want to associate myself with that crowd. Plus they are ugly. The very best deal on exhaust is the Orient Express exhausts. They are made by Ti-Force or Sato (both NICE systems). I had the Orient Express low mount and loved it. I wrote a review a while ago... let me see if I can find it....

Thank you all for the input. I bought a Brock's ceramic coated Alien Head. I can't wait for it to get here. I was dead set on a full titanium exhaust for the weight savings but I just cant justify the additional cost when this system is as light as it is already.
Everyone has their own opinions about exhausts, but everyone seems to agree that Brock's is #1 or #2.
I will post pics as soon as I get it installed

You'll be more than happy with the alien head. Brock's stainless systems are lighter than most titanium systems anyway.

If you will just be using the bike on the street, get a pciii used for $150 or less. They pop up in the classifieds section pretty regularly. Good luck and post pics when it arrives.

I ordered a PCV because dynojet doesnt make a PCIII for the 2010. Got a Speedohealer coming too.
But, I am really excited because I got my Brock's ceramic coated Alien Head exhaust today!!!!! I can't wait to get it on the bike. Unfortunately, I am having surgery tomorrow, so I won't be able to get it on for a little while. So, I just took a pic of it after unpacking it. Thing of beauty, lol.

Just so you know, both pciii and pcv work for all year zx14s regardless of what dynojet states. That being said, the pcv is nice!

I have no clue. But I know for a fact I can use a pcv on my 06 zx14, and there are 2010s using pciii's.

Could the difference be something as simple as base mapping? The exhaust is bigger at the collector on the 08 an up, and the flies open a bit faster. Could that be the difference in the Part numbers?
Just an Idea....

Yep. I've owned all 3 PC's for the zx14. The base map is the only difference between #224-411 (06-07) and #234-411 (08). The PC5 #17-012 (09+) will work on all zx14's. Thing is... maps will only download directly to whichever PC they were made for/with. But you can manually enter maps, and any of the 3 PC's will work on any year zx14.

Well, I got the Brock's Alien Head on the bike today, but it was a pain. It seems that it fits too tight, I am sure it isnt supposed to rub on the foot peg or the rear brake.

Of course I will post more as I get the bike back together.

You need to tweak the pipes and rotate it around before you put the springs on to get it aligned. Do that before you bolt it up. The clearances will be tight, but they will fit.

Thanks, I got a little bit of clearance now. I still think I might end up melting my soles when I ride in uniform.
I got the fairings back on (except for the left, I am waiting for the PCV and speedohealer).
