Need a measurement

Could one of you guys help me out and get me a measurement from the inside of your swingarm to the face of your sprocket? It should be around .750-.850 (3/4"-7/8") Thanks.

Mines just between .8125 and .84375 - got a problem with yours? If you're thinking your spacers are switched i dont think it matters, arent they identical?

Thanks Helmut. I did the ZX10/14 wheel conversion but, the spacers are incorrect. I've put the kit on two different '06/'07 ZX10 wheels and no go. The right side spacer on both wheels is .100 too big which also makes the spacers for the rear brake caliper .100 over.

Yeah, I'm not sure about the conversion and the spacers needed for it.........is the ZX10 wheel hub narrower than the ZX14 wheel or something?

I believe we talked for a while on all the measurements onthe spacers. Everything was right on -- did you change the sprocket carrier? This is the first problem that we have had in about 20 sets-- I will pull my wheel off later and see if i can find any part number or casting marks int he carrier to see if yours matches mine.

Yep, we talked a couple times, to great length. I appreciate all of your insight and help along the way but, after installing on (2) different 06/07 wheels and carriers, both ended up .100 fat on the right side. The left side and internal spacers were spot on. As I mentioned before, I thought I was screwing up some where but, after (2) installs it is just the spacers are fat on the right side. PIA, as the bike has been down too long as I went threw this process.

Cutback,
Do you want to sale the wheels and kit? If so, please P.M. a price to me. If not, cool. I would have P.M.'ed you but I don't think you have enough post to receive it.

BLK ICE,
Not for sale. I sold my 14 wheels 2 weeks ago so I'm committed. There's always inherent risk involved when modifying one application to another and I'm well aware of it. It's hard to believe that Dr. frustration jumps up to bite me on the ass, as the only time this mod doesn't work easily. I'm almost done.
