HD APE cylinder studs, I would pull the counterbalace shafts and put dummy shafts in it. Get a high pressure oil pressure relief valve from Schnitz Racing. Me, I would put new rod bearings in it for good measure in case the previous owner was a squid who liked to hold the bike on the rev limiter in neutral because he thought it looked and sounded cool.

if your gonna do all that .may as well thermal coat the pistons .

i don't like the APE studs because i've heard you can't remove the head with the motor in frame .. i didn't see no studs in gadsen's bike in his thread on head porting

Good point......but I bet his race bike engine gets new bearings etc several times a season.

For street bike that has a owner that can't leave the boost alone :-) hardened studs is good move. Now send me my jelly donut....... Bogart.

You can put rod bearings in it and all the other stuff without removing the pistons if you want.

good fuel system, and a wideband to check AFRs a good safe tune, put springs on the clutch valve springs are good for 6-8psi but would be better if you put em in its just cheap insurance its 300 bucks and a few hours of time rather than thousands re building a bike

Kibblewhite have the valves, valve springs, retainers, billet buckets - everything you could ever need.

For your build I would just go for the springs and retainers and you should be fine.

Re. fuelling, it depends on what boost you plan on running - stock pump is good for 280/300BHP.

Re. injectors - my advise would be to go for bigger injectors and therefore retaining stock fuel pressure and NOT using an FMU because in my opinion it is a FALSE solution to the problem and injectors dont like working at the high pressure that an FMU would produce!!
