I for one am very pleased with the clutch pack and springs I bought from Dewayne. I also like the fact that his location isn't that far from my parents house. I may be heading that way to drop my 14 off during the winter to get some work done. The guy really knows his stuff and the information he has provided me during our talks has made me look at my 14 in a different way. Thanks Dewayne you most definately have my business.

I have a set oiled down ready to try....if I can only get these OEM's to start slipping....which probably won't be for another 200 passes or so with 200 already on them.

Perhaps this isn't true? Can someone elaborate?
They are made by KG Clutch.

I didnt make that info up, it was told to me a while back and I believed it for what it was. Somebody has to make your clutch kits unless you have a clutch factory in your shop. I do buy your clutches for other folks, so I aint intending to sling mud.

He may have said that because he is/was sponsored by KG..He certainly doesn't know what goes into my paks..So don't believe everything you hear because it can be very misleading!!
BTW, is he still in business?

So, can you please outline why your clutch pack is better than the oem?
I mean technical reasons, besides cost. Thanks.

it's better for one simple reason..and that is we have the fibers made to withstand the abuses of high performance bikes with wet clutches..the oem's have been made the same way for 15+ years and they have never had any serious competition or threat to their strong hold on the clutch market..We took it a step further to make these clutches last and yield top performance while doing it..Go back and read some of the responses and that should tell you everything you need to know..and if you still need more info, give me a call..803.285.8093

I think what Shane is asking is HOW are they made "to withstand the abuses of high performance bikes with wet clutches." You don't have to give away your trade secrets, but TECHNICALLY, why are they superior?
