Pilot Power 2ct air pressures
Let me start out saying the Contential sport attacks were so far ahead of the stock Bridgestones it was shocking, but the new Michelins are a whole new level of confidence its wild. We used 36psi squared to ride the Dragon and the Blue Ridge Parkway last week and were thrilled. What do some of you bigger guys like me,220lbs, recomend since I know several guys here have or are running these tires. Thanks Peyton

Michelin PP 2CT's are a good choice of tires.
I recommend the following:
34/36 for twisty riding
30/32 for track days
38/42 for touring
My last set of Pirelli Diablo's overheated on Hwy 28 between Franklin and the Deals Gap store. It was a 95 degree day with full sunshine. Had problems with the rear spinning up on 2nd gear full throttle corner exits.

coincidentally, 36 /36 on PP 2CT,
32 psi in rear with 4 " stretch on the arm
Thats all I ran after the stock POS bridgestone... oh except for a Pirrelli Diablo Strata that wore like Iron , but also gripped like iron too in cold weather

Got 1500 miles on my 2CTs, running 42/42. I like the higher pressures, the bike is a lot more responsive, especially at lower speeds IMO. Cornering and leaning with plenty of confidence with this rubber.
The 2CT is a huge upgrade from the stock Bridgestones which had me scared on a couple of occasions.

probably depends on the pavement allot.
Ours is wore down like exposed aggregate with allot of smooth stones exposed, and broken pavement with frost heaves, some sand and gravel on real tight corners, so more bite with the lower pressure gives much better feedback before it begins to slip
I agree, i like the higher pressure, but it had less bite, and less feedback for me
36 psi would lite the back tire up with a stretched arm, and even more so when I air shifted, or used the 50 shot.

Strada picked up 2 nails, no longer safe IMO, and I hated the tire so it got finnished proper:

That's what I call a proper burial. Yes the stock Bridgestones were downright scarry the way they would just let go with no warning. The 2ct's have given no indication of losing grip, and the profile really sets the bike in thecorners quicker than the rounder sport attacks did.
