PCV and Autotune per gear maps
I hooked up a wire for the speed sensor on the PCV so i could have a map per gear. At the land speed races I only use nitorus on the top of 5th and aal of 6th gear. When I drag race I use the 17/38 gearing and I go thru the traps in 4th gear around 150 mph . So I thought that having a non-nitrous map for 1-4, and a nitorus map for 5-6 gear would make sense.
After calibrating the speed input and using the basic AFR target table, I saw a trim table per gear . But I never saw any values in the trim table on any gear. I was annoyed that is wasnt working , but I still had my datalogger working so I had logs form the runs and made a map for each gear. That seemed to work. Changing the 4th gear map did not affect the 1-3rd gear logs.
I put on the head that I ported and when I fired the bike up I decided to take a good look at the autotune setup. I had installed a map switch , but after determining that the autotune wasnt working I just left it disabled. The manual and the website dont offer much help. the only option that I could find was to change the AFR target table from basic to table per gear.
Now autotune seems to be working ,and I saw trim values in 1st gear when the bike was idleing. Switching between the base map and the autotune map I could see a difference in AFR and rpm . Now I think I can do some donuts in the yard and see if there are any values in the higher rpms .
Bottom line is the power commander hardware seems to work , but the documentation really needs some help.

I've called Dynojet a few times to fill in the blanks, and they have generally been helpful.
