Wheelie 8 second runs - VIDEO.

Right off the trailer.

87 pump gas, no nitrous, stock motor, almost-heavy-hitter.

Here's a time trial after he was eliminated from the 8.90 class.

He also had a 8.95 that I missed because I was doing something like ................... uh ............ running my bike!

Here's the BMW that Wheelie was talking about in the other thread.

Note that I'm not hatin' on the guy, this is just the only video I got of him. He was small - maybe 130 - 140 pounds???

He *is* a novice drag racer. Note that he had both bulbs lit while the other lane was still doing his burnout!

I did see a 154+ mph run! He had been out the night before and told me that he ran a 9.60. Just wait until he gets some experience!

Mods that I could see were a strap and an exhaust that looked like a slash cut extension put on the stock header???

For the BMW to wheelie off the line, and it sounds like he forgot to shift, 147mph isn't bad!

Shane, why would you post something like this in a racing thread? Lucky, just send me any video links in the future, no need to post them on bikeland

I guess I've been spending too much time in The Smack House, where Lucky and I have had some spirited debate. Sorry about that, guys....you're right, this is not the place.
