New to the forum and need some help!

Hi all,

I'm a new member here and a new owner of a 2008 zx-14 (i also have a 2008 Hayabusa) and i must say i love the Ninja. Anyhow, i just need a little help in locating the engine speed idle adjuster as the bike is set to 1500 RPM which is a bit high. I'm really good with the Busa but still trying to learn when it comes to the ZX.

Thanks to all,

Look on the left side down by the clutch line & you'll find it attached by a plastic clip. It has a silver knob on the end. Turn the knob to adjust idle speed once the motor is hot.

Like above MAKE SURE you do it when the engine is good and warmed up. It has an electronic cold idle speed gizmo/mechanism/contraption. In other words no manual fast idle/enrichment lever...
