Stock piston skirt clearance
If I go .0005" over the factory will I get piston slap? How much can be removed with a ridgid hone without harming the Nicasil coating? If anyone knows you guys always have the right answere. Thanks.

you won't touch the nikasil with anything other than a diamond hone, I had mine honed for the new turbo top end.
Considering on a natural aspirated motor, some guys are running only .0001 clearance with cp pistons( I think they are crazy myself) I wouldn't go beyond the recomended service limit.
