Velocity Stacks?

Will the ZX-14 benefit more from from stacks or am I better served using the Muzzy ceramic bearings? I've seen on the site that I can choose from mid or high applications.

I have both. The advantage of ceramic bearings can be visibly seen. I have top end velocity stacks and saw no difference on the dyno.

The results are very mixed on the stacks. Brock says not to so I didn't. The bearings are worth some, but nobody can or will say exactly how much. Hope this helps some till others chime with more.

The stacks will move the power around a little. I have the short stacks and they shifted my power curve up a few hundred rpm.

I have the bearings. The biggest benefit is that the bike is much easier to push around.

Both of these mods are things I wouldn't do until you had really exhausted all other avenues.
