Possible to build a 14 with different cases
Now i thought u had to use the same cases. But is it possible to use different cases to build a 14 motor

you mean from 2 differant sets . like mis-match . no i wouldn't do it .. but if they are matching set . then hell yeah ..

you cant mix n match case halves or heads n cam caps without align honing, and that may not work if they are not close enough to start with..
these parts are machined bolted together
