If you've got a Harbor Freight local to you or even a Sears Hardware -- they both sell a small hydraulic ATV / bike lift for about $100 that you slide under the header / oil pan that lifts the bike only and leaves the forks and swingarm free to disassemble.
http://www.harborfreight.com/1500-lb-capacity-atv-motorcycle-lift-2792.html
Beware :: the ZX14 is a bit long for this type of lift, so I usually strap the front forks to one side of the jack so as you jack up the bike, it acts as a lever and the rear comes up without a problem.
If you go this route, and you strap the forks to the side of the jack to get the rear off the ground -- watch out once you drop the swingarm........that much weight coming off the bike may allow it to spring forward and let it fall off the jack -- use a couple jack stands under the fork tubes to keep the front from dropping when you do this
